Our AV-rated* firm originated when Daniel T. Foley joined with his father Joseph M. Foley in 1984. Daniel T. Foley, a fourth generation Nevadan and attorney comes from a family which has a long and distinguished history of practicing law in Nevada that goes back to 1904. Joseph and Daniel were joined by Diana J. Foley, Daniel's wife in 1985. Continuing the strong Foley tradition, Daniel and Diana now have over twenty-five years of experience each in a variety of matters that include litigation, entity formation and contract negotiation.
Continuing the Tradition
